SBAA builds and runs branded ordering apps for restaurants ("Restaurant Apps"). For orders placed in a Restaurant App, the restaurant decides how your order data is used, and SBAA processes that data on the restaurant's behalf to run the app.
1. Data we collect
a) When you contact SBAA (website form, WhatsApp, email): name, phone number, email, and your message.
b) When you use a Restaurant App (customers):
• Name and phone number (to place and confirm orders).
• Delivery address, landmark, and the map pin / GPS location you choose for delivery.
• Order details (items, amounts, order type, status, invoices).
c) Riders:
• Name and phone number (login by one-time code sent on WhatsApp).
• Live location only while a delivery is active, so the customer and restaurant can see the rider on the map. Only the latest position is kept; location is not collected when no delivery is active.
• Deliveries completed, cash collected and earnings.
d) Restaurant staff and owners: name, email, role, and actions in the admin portal.
e) Technical data: basic logs (IP address, device/browser type, time of request) used for security and to fix errors.
We do not collect card numbers (orders are Cash on Delivery for now) and we do not sell personal data.
2. How we use it
• To take, deliver and track orders, print invoices and show order history.
• To show the delivery route, estimated arrival time and address suggestions on the map.
• To send order-related messages and rider login codes.
• To give restaurants their own reports (sales, riders, orders).
• To keep the service secure and reliable.
• To reply to inquiries sent to SBAA.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the apps:
• Hercules / Convex — hosting of the Restaurant Apps and their database.
• SBAA's own map server (hosted by Hostinger) — map display, routes, and address search. Only coordinates and typed address text are sent, not names or phone numbers.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — rider login codes and messages you choose to receive on WhatsApp.
• Google (Play Store; Google Maps only as a backup service).
• The restaurant you order from sees your order, name, phone and delivery address.
Each restaurant's data is kept separate; one restaurant can never see another restaurant's customers or orders. We may disclose data if required by Pakistani law.
4. Where data is stored
Our providers may store data on servers outside Pakistan (for example in Malaysia or other countries where our hosting providers operate). We choose providers with reasonable security measures.
5. How long we keep it
• Orders and invoices: as long as the restaurant needs them for its business records, or as required by law.
• Rider live location: only the latest position during an active delivery.
• Inquiries to SBAA: up to 24 months.
• Technical logs: up to 180 days.
6. Your choices
• To see, correct or delete your data, email info@syed-business-automation-agency.com (or contact the restaurant you ordered from). We reply within 30 days.
• You can stop sharing location by not using the "use my location" button; you can type your address instead.
7. Security
HTTPS on all connections, separate data per restaurant, access limited to authorised staff, and regular backups.
8. Children
The apps are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will post changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Terms of Service (for restaurants and app users)

1. The service. SBAA provides a white-label ordering app (delivery, dine-in, takeaway) with owner, customer and rider portals, set up and maintained by SBAA for each restaurant.
2. Restaurants. The commercial terms (the fees agreed for that restaurant: setup fee, per-delivery fee and/or monthly maintenance fee, monthly billing, data ownership, liability, riders, WhatsApp costs, termination) are set in the Partnership Agreement signed with each restaurant. If these Terms and the Partnership Agreement conflict, the Partnership Agreement wins.
3. Customers. Your order is a contract between you and the restaurant, not SBAA. Prices, menu, food quality, delivery times and refunds are the restaurant's responsibility. Estimated arrival times are estimates.
4. Riders. Riders are engaged by the restaurant. Riders agree to share live location only during active deliveries.
5. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the apps (fake orders, attempts to access other restaurants' data, attacks, scraping the map service, or reverse engineering).
6. Availability. We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is done at night where possible.
7. Maps. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Addresses and routes may not always be exact; riders should use judgement.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, SBAA is not liable for indirect losses. SBAA's total liability to a restaurant is limited as set in the Partnership Agreement.
9. Changes. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here.
